Whether they are being driven to change by the industry or driving change throughout their organization, Information Systems is one of the few groups in every organization that impacts everyone. And that means helping people change is a big part of their day job, or at least it should be.
Does that mean IS Professionals are the ones who are in charge of change in their organization? Or is their role one of planning and support?
Join us for this engaging and practical presentation that will outline what it takes to successfully sustain increasingly complex change in your organization and who really should be in charge.
